What is RB SkyShop?
RB SkyShop is RB’s in-flight duty-free shopping service, which offers passengers a wide range of luxury products, from fine fragrances to elegant accessories.
On which flight is RB SkyShop available?
RB SkyShop is available on all RB flights with a flight time of more than 2 hours.
How can guests purchase duty-free items from RB SkyShop?
The RB SkyShop catalogue is available on the seatback of the aircraft. Guests can purchase duty-free items directly from the cabin crew.
Additionally, guests can pre-order duty-free items through www.rbskyshop.com. Items that are pre-ordered will be delivered during their flight. When placing a pre-order, guests must provide their booking reference, flight number, flight date and time, and passport number. Pre-order is available up to 48 hours before departure.
What payment methods are accepted for inflight duty-free purchases?
Only cash and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) are accepted.
The accepted cash currencies include BND, USD, MYR, KRW, JPY, CNY, AUD, SGD, SAR, AED, GBP, EUR, TWD, THB, IDR, and HKD.
What should I do if the duty-free items I received are defective or damaged?

Defective or damaged goods must be returned within 3 days from the date the replacement request notification is sent to RB SkyShop Customer Service via email or WhatsApp.
I have pre-ordered and now, my flight has changed. What do I do?
Please notify RB SkyShop Customer Service email or WhatsApp as soon as you receive flight change notification from Airline and we will re-arrange for the package to be delivered on your next flight.
I have pre-ordered and now, I have cancelled my trip or my flight has been cancelled. What do I do?
Please notify RB SkyShop Customer Service email or WhatsApp for refund process or delivery re-schedule to your next flight.
I had pre-ordered and paid for the duty-free items prior to my flight, but I did not receive any items during my flight. What do I do?
You may ask the cabin crew about your package. If you do not receive the package onboard, please notify RB SkyShop customer service by email or WhatsApp for delivery arrangement.
